Scope of service
Provalis Pro provides vehicle rental information, enquiry handling and rental coordination for eligible customers in Malaysia. The website content is for planning and enquiry purposes. A rental is confirmed when availability, driver eligibility, deposit, payment and written booking terms are accepted.
Driver eligibility
Drivers may be required to provide a valid driving licence, passport or identity document, contact information, age confirmation, payment method and deposit authorisation. Additional requirements may apply to luxury vehicles, cross-state routes, long rental periods or multiple-driver arrangements.
Rates, deposit and availability
Displayed rates are planning ranges and may vary by dates, duration, vehicle class, delivery location, mileage, insurance excess, add-ons, deposit method and seasonal demand. Vehicle images represent classes and may not guarantee a specific make, model, colour or trim.
Vehicle use
Vehicles must be used lawfully, responsibly and within approved routes. Prohibited use may include racing, off-road driving without approval, overloaded travel, illegal transport, unauthorised sub-rental or use by an unapproved driver.
Damage, fines and incidents
Customers may be responsible for damage, loss, traffic fines, tolls, parking charges, cleaning beyond normal use, late returns and administrative fees according to the final rental agreement. Any accident or breakdown should be reported immediately through the support channel provided at pickup.
Website use
Visitors must not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it aggressively, submit false enquiries, impersonate others or misuse the contact forms. The contact form displays an on-screen animated confirmation after submission as part of the enquiry experience.
Limitations
Information on the website is prepared carefully but may contain updates, availability changes or pricing variations. Provalis Pro should not be liable for indirect losses caused by reliance on outdated website information when current booking terms have not been confirmed.
